Statement of Faith
We accept the Bible/Scriptures as the infallible and inspired Word of God and the canon of 66 books as complete and the authority over the basis of our Faith. (2Tim 3:16)
We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons, that is: Father, Son and Holy Ghost. (Col2: 9, Mat 3: 13-17, Mat 28: 19 and 2Cor 13:14)
We believe in the Virgin Birth of our Lord Jesus and the humanity of Jesus Christ (1Tim 2:5, Heb 2:17,Gal 4:4,5, Isaiah 7:14, Mathew 1:18-25, Luke 2:4-7)
We believe Jesus is son of living God, who took form of flesh and dwelt among us and lived a sinless life who was exact representation, the express image of God. (John 1:14, Hebrew 1:3, Mathew 16:16-17,1 Peter 2:21,22, I John 3:5, 2Corin 5:21)
We believe in the deity of Jesus as Lord and God and have the exclusive attributes of God. He is Eternal (Micah 5:2, John8:58), Unchangeable(Heb 13:8),Omnipotent (Luke: 8:24), Omnipresent(Mat18:20, 28:20, John1:48:3:13) and Omniscient (Mark 11:2-6.John 2:24, Luke 5:22)
We believe in the Substitutionary Death of Jesus Christ is sufficient for every sinner. (John 10:11, 1John 2:2)
We believe in the bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Mat 28:6, Luke24: 3, 1Cor 15:6)
We believe that Salvation is through faith & belief in Jesus Christ who died in place of us bearing our sins in His Body on the Cross. (Romans 5:1, John1:12)
We believe, when we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour through faith, we will be saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. (Ephesians 1:13-14). (Phil 1:6, Romans 10:9)
We believe that Water Baptism is a command of Christ and it is an outward symbol of an inward reality of a believer conversion and identification with Christ in his death, burial and resurrection. (Romans 6-4-13)
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, which includes all regenerated souls, each one redeemed by the Blood of Christ and transformed by the Holy Spirit. (Colossians 1:18, Ephesians 1:22-23, Colossians 2:19)
We believe in the weekly observance of the Lord's table, instituted by Christ himself. (Acts 2:42 and Acts 20:7) (Mathew 26:26-29,1 Corinthians 11: 23-26) Hence we gather on the first day of the week believing and practice taking part in the Lords table.
We believe in the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ as a sure and certain event and then he will setup his kingdom and judge the world. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, Rev 22:20, Mathew 25:31-32)
